Q Where do I pay for the registration fee of $5?
A When you arrive at the talk between 130pm to 2pm for registration. At the same time, we will provide
you with the goodie bag worth $80. Light refreshment included. Be the first 30 ladies to turn up to receive free ‘inch-off’ pants worth $45! (Slimming pants, free size).
Q What is inside the goodie bag?
A It would be a surprise – products and vouchers that all women will like!
Q How much is the cervical cancer vaccination?
A Only for those who take up the vaccination on 13March can enjoy this package -
+ Total is $349.90 (w GST is $$374.40) for 3 jabs
Breakdown:
- 1st jab is $99.90 + GST
- 2nd jab is $125 + GST
- 3rd jab is $125 + GST
+ One time payment for 3 jabs required to enjoy the above rates.
Q Can I just pay for the first jab at $99.90 + GST?
A Yes you may. However it would be mean that the 2nd and 3rd jab would be at the normal rate of $150
per dose afterwards when you decided to come back later.
Q Does the above vaccination include consultation?
A No, rates are not inclusive of consultation fee of $35.
Q Can I use credit card for payment?
A For registration, only cash is accepted. For vaccination, we accept all types of payment – credit cards,
nets cards and cash. Remember to wear short sleeve clothes for the jab.
Q Can I have more information about the talk?
A Certainly. However we hope to email the details to you as it is too lengthy to explain over the phone.

Q How do I get there?
A If you are taking public transport, you can the MRT to Orchard MRT station and take the underpass to
CK Tangs. We are located beside CK Tangs. If you are driving, you can park at Lucky plaza, CK Tangs
or Paragon. We are on Lucky plaza 5th floor, unit 56.
Q Can I bring my husband?
A Yes. Registration fee is $5 for every attendee.
Q Can I bring my children?
A Preferably not due to the content of the talk, especially on sexual health, may not be suitable for children.
